In 2012, the organization "For a better future" founded the social enterprise Ikorta in the IDP settlement of Tserovani. The enterprise offers its beneficiaries opportunities for professional development as well as employment. 6 displaced women are employed in the enterprise. The enterprise offers its customers silver jewelry made using traditional Georgian enamel technology and a workshop. Since 2012, the employees of the school have accumulated pedagogical experience. In the workshop, 44 local people studied the technique of cloisonné enamel. Among them, 4 individual enterprises are working. Since 2015, Ikorta has been offering its customers an innovative product in the form of a workshop. It should be noted that Ikorta is one of the first enterprises in the market that started offering workshops and master classes for people interested in needlework. To date, about 1000 users have participated in the workshop, 94% of them are tourists or non-residents living in Georgia. The purpose of the workshop is to introduce the participants to the traditional Georgian art of tikruli (cloisonné) enamel, they can participate in the process and create jewelry with the help of the teacher, get information about the enterprise and get to know the traditions of local culture. During the four-hour workshop, time is devoted to getting to know the technology of making cloisonné enamel from a historical point of view, which includes a presentation. The presentation is available in Georgian and English. And then the visitor directly makes jewelry, which repeats the forms created on the ornamental motifs of the cultural heritage of the occupied territories. Information is shared through both supporting visual material and on-site storytelling and technique demonstrations.
