Esma Kunchulia

Bio:

Esma Kunchulia is a linguist, culturologist (TSU), TV presenter. Since 2010, She has been leading the author's program "Recipes and Memories" on different channels and radio. Also, in 2010 she Published the first Georgian culinary magazine "Pirveli Kulinari". During 2013-2015 she held a post of an advisor to the Minister of Culture of Georgia. In 2015, she founded the "Georgian Museum of Gastronomic Culture", and in 2017 the "Georgian Gastronomic Library" together with the National Library of Georgia. In 2023 she is doing her doctoral research - "Georgian cuisine as a cultural text".
