"Mamukelashvili Cellar" is a 300-year-old authentic cellar preserved in its original form, where the wine is brewed in Kveri according to the 8000-year-old Kakhuri tradition of winemaking, the technological process is fully protected. Wine grapes are imported only from Grandfather’s vineyards. The cellar is also equipped with 300-year-old pitchers according to the wise calculations of the ancestor. The two-hall cellar is decorated with a ventilation system mounted on a traditional Georgian fireplace mechanism. The walls are represented by the natural age and structure of the stone. This infrastructure and material resource, the building and equipment of the cellar, inventory - everything is the property of our family and as a material resource fully serves the idea of the presented project. The author of the idea and partner of the winery, Tea Makhatelashvili, is an expert in the field of wine-growing at the National Center for Quality Management of Education, as well as the heir of the famous folklorist, Choirmaster - Firuz Makhatelashvili, and continues his singing and chanting traditions. The winery has been holding tastings and winemaking master classes for several years, including folk and urban folklore.

In order to deepen connection to a monument of intangible culture, visitors wear clothes created on national motifs, or clothing props, which helps the foreign tourist to be more aware of the tradition of the host country, psycho-emotional connection with the cultural past and national heritage of Georgia. At the same time, the wines planted in the Kvevri and put in full compliance with the technological process are tasted: Saferavi, Rkatsiteli and "Mtsvane"; and telling the story of the 8000-year-old history of Georgia, the homeland of wine. Visitors have the opportunity to pour into bottles wine which they prefer, put their name on it. The label of each bottle will be placed a photo of the visit to the Mamukelashvili's ancient wine cellar.
